This is an exciting opportunity to lead continuous improvement and lean excellence across the Global Quality Engineering (GQE) organization. This role will shape how we deliver smarter, faster, and more cost-effective CQV execution for Lonza’s global manufacturing network.

What you’ll do:
Drive Lean principles and agile execution within Front End and CQV activities to increase cost-efficiency and reduce cycle times.
Lead implementation of solutions and metrics to monitor and improve performance across projects.
Collaborate with Regional CQ Execution Leads and Front-End Quality to align on improvement initiatives.
Partner with Group Engineering and Operations to embed Quality Excellence principles from early design through project execution.
Champion a culture of continuous improvement across the GQE organization.
Lead process mapping, root cause analysis, and standard work definition workshops.
Mentor and support project teams in Lean tools, Six Sigma, and change management methodologies.
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience in Operational Excellence, Lean, or Continuous Improvement in a regulated industry.
Experience with CQV, Quality, or Engineering processes in GMP environments.
Strong data-driven problem-solving mindset with ability to translate analysis into action.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills, able to lead cross-functional global initiatives.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification preferred.
Experience in digital tools and performance dashboards is a plus.
Experience with global multi-site project execution is a plus.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
